But perhaps you run the command with a locale that not suitable, the content of your updated po goes wrong, previously translated strings in Chinese are appearing "???". I guess you have done the update in locale C, so: $ file zh_CN.po zh_CN.po: ASCII English text
Can you update it again, or tell me where to get the new template?
