The cron job that runs sanitycheck.pl passes the value of the
"maintainer" configuration parameter with the --login option to this
script. If this address is not also a valid user account, the script
fails:
/etc/cron.daily/bugzilla3:
The name bugzilla-ad...@example.org not a valid username.
Either you misspelled it, or the person has not
registered for a Bugzilla account.

We need another parameter to set the user name to pass to
sanitycheck.pl (maybe use maintainer as a fallback).
