Dear Maintainer,
I've found some documents where this happens, and I see the issue with
"mitlg-a4.pdf". The common feature seems to be embedded fonts that have
no name:
$ pdffonts mitlg-a4.pdf
name ty

Dear Maintainer,
Noticed this also happening. Until the recent update to the versions
bellow it was working fine and i never noticed that (let me know if
knowing the previous version is of help, i can hunt down how to get
that information
