No luck on my amd64 system. The behaviour is still the same:
Running scrotwm 0.9.27 from slim will not have any keybinding working.
After switching to a VT and back, they're working. Setting a sleep time
before launching scrotwm doesn't fix this, either.

I know, but Squeeze is under deep freeze and the rules are clear: no new
version of a package can be uploaded unless it fixes a bug

Fwiw debian's package is really old and has some real issues. 0.9.27 has no
known crashes etc.
