This is due to mismatching libboost versions:
esperanza 0.4.0+git20090708-1+b2 is build against
libboost-signals1.40.0.
libxmmsclient++3 0.6DrMattDescruction-5+b1 is build against
libboost-signals1.39.0.
This mismatch of libboost-signals is fixed in xmms2
0.6DrMattDescruction-6 and since this

The setup wizard crashes when the Test It button is pressed in the
Server Settings window. It doesn't matter, whether xmms2d is running
