The original problem reported by this bug is partially fixed; the lshw-gtk
package installs a .desktop file that launches "su-to-root -X -c lshw-gtk".
However, there are still two problems:
1. su-to-root is contained in the menu package, which is not a dependency
of lshw-gtk. Because menu does not

/usr/share/applications/lshw-gtk.desktop
to have
Exec=/usr/bin/gksu -u root /usr/bin/lshw-gtk
so no useless question is asked.
Add dependency to "gksu", of course.
