This package is named correctly in accordance with python policy section
2.2.
I have talked with upstream and his is not interested in splitting the
package at this time.

Hi.
The current naming of the package seem to indicate that it provides some kind
of python library to be used by other applications.
But it also provides a UPNP mediaserver AFAICT.
Is there a valid reason not to call it
