I found way to fix this errors:

This bug is still here.
You can also work around it by editing /var/lib/snmp/mib_indexes/* files
to not include the mibs giving errors and use
mibs +ALL
in snmp.conf

We resolved by removing the MIBS below;
rm /usr/share/mibs/ietf/IPSEC-SPD-MIB
rm /usr/share/mibs/ietf/IPSEC-SPD-MIB
rm /usr/share/mibs/ietf/IPATM-IPMC-MIB
rm /usr/share/mibs/iana/IANA-IPPM-METRICS-REGISTRY-MIB
rm /usr/share/mibs/ietf/SNMPv2-PDU

i update from 1.0 and re-ran /usr/bin/download-mibs on my squezze box.
