Since tdiary is a leaf package with a lowish popcon score, I'm inclined to
ask the release team to drop tdiary from squeeze (i.e. option 1)

Specifically, it includes .swf files in:
- contrib2/plugin/tdiarygraph/
- contrib2/plugin/tdiarytimes/
They're shipped in tdiary-contrib. Removing that plugin would require a
sourceful upload, but tdiary-contrib would still presumably be useful for
other plugins.
