Hi Petr, I know about this, but I didn't put the [linux-any] thing because pbuilder doesn't (didn't) support it and I was told that the buildd infrastructure was not coping with them correctly, either. I was told a few days ago that it works now, so I already planned to try it in the next upload.
BTW, about the regression... 0.6.7.0 was 3 or 4 years old, I think that it didn't support inotify at all, so it didn't have these arch specific issues.
