Please add powerpcspe [0] to the archlist. I built tested it together
with the fix for #592892 and it built :)
We don't have NUMA and I haven't figured out what blcr is

Did you also try to run it ? (there are some ASM which can be a problem
at runtime).
Argh. I forgot to keyword the openmpi-bin package. So let me fix this
and see how it goes :)

Now. That asm should be fine. It picks atomic-powerpc32-linux.s which is
fine. The bad opcodes are replaced by binutils :)
I don't know how to test it. I run
