FYI, According to upstream's report[1], this issue seems to be fixed in KDE 4.8. Unfortunately it seems that there's no work on KDE 4.8 planned for Debian[2] at least until 4.7 hits unstable. You can keep track of the status of 4.7 entering into sid here[3]. [1] https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.c
