Please unblock package mapserver The upload was originally planned to fix debconf translations but unveiled a hidden FTBFS because of missiong Build-Depends on libedit-dev (it was probably hidden by another build dependency pulling these library files in). I added libedit-dev to the build dependencies and that fixed the FTBFS bug.
