Package: cone Version: 0.84-1 Severity: important
CONE mail client from testing is fully unusable because it fails to create new message. So when you press 'w' which stands for "write new" nothing happen, as i see in strace log exeption raised with: ~ access("/home/kp/.cone/message.txt", R_OK) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory) ~ so, if i create this file, cone start to think that it found interrupted message, and ask if i want to resume it. I i accept to resume, next major bug showed: i cannot exit from mail editing mode other way as kill cone from other console. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages cone depends on: ii libc6 2.11.2-7 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libfam0 2.7.0-17 Client library to control the FAM ii libgcc1 1:4.4.5-8 GCC support library ii libldap-2.4-2 2.4.23-7 OpenLDAP libraries ii libncursesw5 5.7+20100313-4 shared libraries for terminal hand ii libssl0.9.8 0.9.8o-4 SSL shared libraries ii libstdc++6 4.4.5-8 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libxml2 2.7.8.dfsg-2 GNOME XML library cone recommends no packages. cone suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
