Hi, I experienced the same behaviour on my DEll E6420. I am using Debian Squeeze amd64. The current kernel is: Linux 2.6.32-5-amd64 #1 SMP Thu Nov 3 03:41:26 UTC 2011 x86_64 GNU/Linux Do you have any workaround with the stock kernel? Regards, Bela

There is some additional information I just find out that only speaker works fine. I plugged my headphones in and speaker was keeping working like nothing changed. So after kernel upgrading speaker and headphones switched over. And as result now I have worked speaker and non-worked headphones.
