The README.privoxy mentions unchecking the "Use privoxy" box; this should be
the "Use polipo" box.  We should probably also clarify that as far as the
torbutton controls are concerned, polipo and privoxy are interchangeable.

Might also be a good idea to add that in addition to adding a 'forward-socks4a
/ localhost:9050 .' type line, the user also needs to make sure that this is
done following any other 'forward' line, as the last 'forward' line seems to
override the earlier ones.
