a new version, 2.28.1, is available.
the patches that became obsolete are 40 (applied upstream) and 30 (seems
to be applied upstream as well).
for the update, i removed the 99 (autoreconf) patch because it didn't
apply well; i'd suggest
retitle 619338 new version available (2.28.1)

the original title suggested a fixed bug, which was wrong (i assumed it
would close a bug, that's why i tried 2.28.1; turned out to be wrong,
edited the body, but forgot the subject).
