I am running a fully updated Debian Squeeze (with Update Manager 0.200.5). I started getting the "Downloading list of changes..." message that never finishes a few months ago. I don't know what caused it. It used to work.
I am not using any proxy stuff. I'd be great to know a workaround to this, or at least why it's occurring.
