I have exactly the same problem.
Dmitriy, could you please give a bit more details (or some pointer) on
editing the userChrome.css file? There's no such file in my profile
directory and I don't like the Tabs on Top format much.

userChrome-example.css. You can rename it or copy to userChrome.css in the
