Package: apt
Version: 0.8.14.1
Severity: important
If a package is removed keeping the config-files (using apt-get autoremove),
it is further impossible to completely purge the package (using apt-get
purge).
Using dpkg -P does the job.
Example:
root@isis:~# dpkg -s guile-1.8
Package: guile-1.8
forcemerge 150831 624742
