First, I'm wondering why this bug is not flagged as critical since it
does not work at all.
What I have is:

Can't locate SDL/App.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl
/usr/local/lib/perl/5.14.2 /usr/local/share/perl/5.14.2 /usr/lib/perl5
/usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.14 /usr/share/perl/5.14
/usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at /usr/games/frozen-bubble line 60.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/games/frozen-bubble line 60.
Even if developments do not seem active, there is a new version that
could be tested:
2.2.1beta1
[2010-08-07]
use new SDL Perl API
ported to CPAN; should now work "natively" on Windows and Mac OSX
