Hi,

pkspxy was RFAed by it's maintainer (in Cc:), so it's kind of proxy-ROM...

The comment from Roland in #515280 was:

The pkspxy had last release in 1999, so it's dead upstream and also
there's probably no use for the pkspxy now; quoting from year 2000
email from author:
