brightside includes a function to Prevent screensaver starting - that
function is effective, but if the system is left idle for, in my case, 30
minutes, DPMS turns the screen off. This is somewhat counter-effective.
Ideally, preventing the
brightside just calls xdg-screensaver reset, so it's up to that to
determine what to do.
