There's a long-standing bug in debhelper (#204975) that makes lintian
trigger these tags:
pkg-has-shlibs-control-file-but-no-actual-shared-libs
postinst-has-useless-call-to-ldconfig
postrm-has-useless-call-to-ldconfig
It would be helpful if descriptions of these tags could contain a
pointer to the bug log.
