While we're there, is there anything we can for
/usr/share/drupal7/profiles ?
It is a directory one may wish to add an additional profile into in
order to ease the installation.

I used /etc/drupal/7/sites for configuration files (settings.php belongs there
as the equivalent files for horde
I second the concern about having all sites management being under /etc
when it's typically under the other two options.
