Hi,

This bug is still present in the released wheezy version
(1:1.26-1) of ipvsadm. The given patch has not been completely
applied, which makes the SYNCID variable rather useless. It still
needs the --syncid options adding to the start-daemon lines (see
original patch).

I would sugges that syncid "0" be used as a default instead of
"1", to avoid changing the operation of current systems. e.g. in
/etc/init.d/ipvsadm, set:

SYNCID="0"

and then in /etc/default/ipvsadm have something like:

# You can set the syncid to use here (defaults to "0")
# SYNCID="1"
