Will this bug be fixed?

I also see this issue, and have received emails from cron.daily for
nearly a year, saying:

 /etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
 error: skipping "/var/log/couchdb/couch.log" because parent directory has
insecure permissions (It's world writable or writable by group which is not
"root") Set "su" directive in config file to tell logrotate which user/group
should be used for rotation.

I am running testing/unstable ("wheezy"), and currently have the
following versions of couchdb and logrotate:

 Desired=Unknown/Install/Remove/Purge/Hold
 | Status=Not/Inst/Conf-files/Unpacked/halF-conf/Half-inst/trig-aWait/Trig-pend
 |/ Err?=(none)/Reinst-required (Status,Err: uppercase=bad)
 ||/ Name           Version      Architecture Description
 +++-==============-============-============-==================================
 ii couchdb 1.2.0-1 i386 RESTful document oriented database
 ii logrotate 3.8.1-4 i386 Log rotation utility
