Solved for me on debian wheezy, gnome-shell 3.4.2-7+deb7u1. I browsed to https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/112/remove-accesibility/, toggled it on. A prompt asked whether I want to download and install the extension, I confirmed, and there it went. xsession-errors says: Archive:
