Dear maintainer,

Installing colord on a clean system, I get an error in the postinst, and 
package configuration fails:

  chown: invalid user: `colord:colord`

I think this is because the chown is attempted before the colord user/group is 
created.

[This seems to be a different error to bug #648287, which talks about the 
scanner group.]
