This bug is still present for me on the latest kernel, my
ntrack-module-rtnetlink-0 version is 016-1.2
as per the original bug report the messages occur every 2-4 minutes:

Hi, I am also affected on my system using kde
and linux kernel 3.4 ... so I guess the bug remains?
