A long time ago, you expressed interest in packaging intel-opencl-sdk.
Unfortunately,
it seems that it did not happen. In Debian, we try not to keep ITP bugs open
for a too long time, as

I did this packaging ... actually many times as Intel released multiple version
of their SDK.
I did not manage to define clearly if those repackaged RPM could be
distributed or not.
Knowing the Debian policy ... you know this story better than me :)
