It seems that OS_xxx_TRUE and OS_xxx_FALSE do not get defined on GNU/Hurd. I
was hoping that
defining GNU/Hurd as OS_LINUX would work but it doesn't as it tries to bring in
the scsi includes
from Linux.
Ideally the whole source tree would need to be updated to include OS_GNU_TRUE
