Package: libopenblas-base Version: 0.1.1-4 Severity: wishlist Dear Maintainer,
When I build the custom optimized openblas (0.1.1-4) for my ARCH (AMD K10h), 'make tests' does'nt work automatically. Say, when I executed following commands, # aptitude install debhelper patch cdbs gfortran devscripts $ dpkg-source -x openblas_0.1.1-4.dsc $ fakeroot ./debian/rules custom Everything is OK, but I can't see output about 'make tests' and I did'nt know whether this package was built correctly. There is a ev variable named 'TARGET' in Makefile in srcdir, and this one is also in debian/rules. In custom building, TARGET=custom so that Makefile does'nt make tests. If one comments the 'ifndef TARGET' line (and 'endif') in Makefile manually before building, then 'make tests' is OK. I think it might be better if building process can 'make tests' automatically when we are compiling local package using 'debian/rules custom'. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.4.1 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages libopenblas-base depends on: ii libc6 2.15-1+custom1 ii libgfortran3 4.7.0-8 libopenblas-base recommends no packages.
