Bug#679087: 0ad: Too strong gamin | fam dependency?

Package: 0ad Version: 0~r11863-2 Severity: normal Hi! This package has a dependency on “libgamin0 | libfam0” and at the same time another one on “gamin | fam”. libgamin0 already depends on gamin, but not fam, and I'm wondering why the strong Depends, instead of say a Recommends or a Suggests?
