I did another upgrade yesterday, now with some more attention:
Situation before the upgrade:
- I have launch=gmysql
The first thing one must do when installing pdns-server is remove
/etc/powerdns/pdns.d/pdns.simplebind.
And again should an upgrade re-create it.

Except an upgrade should never (re)create it at all if a working
configuration is already in place.
