I have teste the proposed patch above. It works.
Personally I would however reorder a couple more lines as I think it makes
sense to have the Architecture and Multi-Arch lines together, and have the

The amd64 version conflicts with the i386 one which makes it impossible to
install both. As a result the /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libXcomposite.so symbolic
