Bug#704302: Connection to ICQ not possible

Package: libpurple0
Version: 2.7.3-1+squeeze3

After installation of Spectrum [1] on Debian Squeeze the connection to 
ICQ network was not possible. Upgrade to Wheezy (libpurple0 = 2.10.6-3) 
helped to solve this issue.
