I just noticed the debian/copyright of the package was indeed not
specific regarding the icon. I looked back through my email archives:
The icon file is:
Copyright 2010 Joel Holdsworth
The desktop file is:
Copyright 2007-2013 Scott Ritchie
Both are LGPL 2.1+ licensed, the same as wine and win
