* src/bind-mount.c (MOUNTINFO_PATH): Move to bind-mount.h.
(mountinfo_path): New variable. All users changed to use the variable.
(bind_mount_init): New parameter mountinfo. Initialize mountinfo_path.
* src/bind-mount.h (MOUNTINFO_PATH): Moved from bind-mount.c.
(bind_mount_init): Update declaration.
* src/updatedb.c (main): Update for changed bind_mount_init ().

* src/updatedb.c (time_is_current): Use "struct time" as input. Add
>3 seconds margin to account for low timestamp precision on FAT and for
Linux kernel races.
(scan): Check whether the timestamp needs invalidating even if the
nanosecond field is non-zero.
* tests/config.at (config: -v): Wait longer than the timestamp
margin in time_is_current ().
* tests/updatedb.at (updatedb: Concurrent modification): Use `wait'
instead of `sleep', removing a race and making the test suite faster.
