Hi Gabriele, Thank you for your prompt reply. It's interesting that gnash plays all YouTube videos for you. I followed your step by step instructions, more or less exactly. The good news? RMS's Free Software Song played. The bad news? Right clicking on the video popped open a menu that said

Hi Gabriele, I tried version 0.8.11~git20130903-3 of gnash. Unfortunately, it failed the same way. I enabled gnash's logging. The log file is 1.2 GB, or 20 MB compressed. Two questions: 1.) Can gnash play RMS singing the Free Software Song at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9s
