When making a cross tool chain, if proper environment variables for dh_gencontrol aren't passed, it will attempt to generate an amd64 (BUILD) version of DEBIAN/control for the target (HOST) architecture's libstdc++, while it should be of pure HOST architecture without any reference to the BUILD architecture.
