Hi Andreas, Thanks for pointing this patch to me! The support of big-endian architectures was only included in Orthanc 0.7.1 (released on October 30th). It was not present in Orthanc 0.6.2, which finally came out of the NEW queue yesterday. It took about 6 weeks for this version of the Debia
