Before 1.6.2.1-1, the initscript accepted ‘AFS_DYNROOT=true’ in
/etc/openafs/afs.conf.client. Now it only accepts ‘AFS_DYNROOT=Yes’, and
‘true’s is silently treated as ‘No’. This is confusing since only ‘true’
is accepted for all other
