* What led up to the situation? checking with nrpe, i had socket timeout : http://www.geekpeek.net/socket-timeout-after-10-seconds-nagios/ * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? i raised the nrpe timeout * What was the outcome of this action? same, socket timeout * What outcome did you expect instead?
