it that is, as short, 0xshort, long or 0xlong format, as well as
a (formatted or not) fingerprint:

Hi,
It seems that gpgsigs only support the short and long key format,
please also allow giving the whole fingerprint. In fact I think
you should just drop support for those short versions.
