upstream has deprecated dotur and the expected user audience has stoped using it. See for instance here: https://lists.debian.org/debian-med/2014/02/msg00214.html So please remove this package from Debian testing + unstable. I see no specific reason to also remove it from stable - in the best case it will be simply ignored there.
