Increasing the severity of the bug to prepare for the upcoming
removal of aptdaemon.
Canonical/Ubuntu decided to drop aptdaemon, so there will soon
be no active upstream anymore. As such, I plan to remove aptdaemon
from the archive before the stretch release.
