Hi, You're right my kernel config is stripped down. I've just tried with the new upstream release 14.4 : same compilation error, same fix, build successful. Traces and updated patch attached. With the 14.4 release, I have another bug when running modprobe fglrx about "Unknown symbol KCL_AGP_
