I like nodm too, and hope you have time to update before Jessie. :) I would love it if you were able to fix bug #579215 (nodm: Please make it a display-manager alternative) too, to allow nodm to be enabled the same way the other display managers are enabled. :) Btw, the 0006-Build-without-Werror.
