Please find attached the patch that fixes the issue.
Works fine when I tested with the following upgrades:
- 8.6.7-1 to 8.7.9-3
- 8.6.9-2 to 8.7.9-3
- 8.6.7-1 to 8.6.9-2 and then to 8.7.9-3
and also with a fresh install.

However, I've found a problem -- the default iconsdir is empty!
When using "asciidoc -a data-uri -a icons", no icons appear in the
generated document because the default iconsdir is empty.
